Group Session Timetable & What Equipment You Need

A minimum of 3 Weekly Coached Virtual Bike Sessions, Scheduled as:

  • Monday’s at 5:40am - Top end interval bike session - 60 minutes

  • Wednesday 5:40am - Aerobic bike session - up to 90 minutes

  • Friday 5:40am - Threshold bike session - 60 minutes

  • Plus, a face-to-face group run on a Tuesday evening at 6:30pm, meeting at our studio in Cheltenham. (For those not local, the run plan will go on the Facebook group so you can still follow this) *Summer only!

What equipment needed for the virtual bikes:

  • A turbo trainer, smart trainer or wattbike

  • The ‘Discord’ app on your phone or iPad (this is free and the app we use to communicate verbally to coach everyone through the session)

  • Zwift (optional) - as we will create the session as a meet up, it will only be our group on screen. This simply helps the coaches to see how everyone is executing the set so we can give real time advice. But this is not essential.

  • Headphones to plug into phone or iPad for Discord.
