3 x expert coaches on hand to support you all day.
Train with professional athlete Lydia Dant.
Q&A with all 3 expert coaches over a buffet lunch.
Option for us to prebrief and/or debrief with your coach so we can understand how to help you get the most out of your day. Your coach is also welcome to join the experience with us too!
Small group coached bike sessions led by Lydia (Ironman Lanzarote bike course record holder).
Support with your fit and/or bike set up.

We will structure and cater for your visit based on your groups individualised needs and preferences.
Cost: £1,200 for up to 8 athletes*
*That’s just £150 per person for 8 people. Our full single Endless Pool swim analysis is £120 on its own!
