Passion Fit Coaching is about so much more than just ‘triathlon coaching’. We do not see ourselves as simply ‘triathlon’ coaches, but coaches of PEOPLE. We are committed to supporting your development in all areas of your life, not just your triathlon journey.
What’s included in our coaching package?
Individualised Training Plan
Using Xhale™️, your training plan is individually created and dynamically adjusted. Each athlete‘s plan is bespoke – this approach means more efficient and consistent training blocks whilst working towards your goals. There is no restriction on dynamic plan adjustments (within reason).
Unlimited Coach Contact
There is no limit to the amount of contact you can have with your coach, we believe the more contact we have, the better the communication, the more value we can add (within reason and dependant on coach availability, of course).
Feedback & Support
Daily feedback on ALL your training sessions. A weekly summary review of your actions each week and unlimited contact with your coach via Xhale™️ (within reason).
Full Access To Train At The Full Kitted Out Passion Fit HQ
We offer the use of our studio to our coached athletes to support their training by providing world class facilities such as; wattbikes, turbo trainers, treadmill, endless pool and more!
Full Access To Our Face to Face & Virtual Group Sessions
All features of the Community Membership package plus some occasional coached athlete exclusive virtual training sessions.
Exclusive Facebook Page
Access to exclusive coached athlete only Facebook page with regular content from the coaches and interaction with other coached athletes.
Face To Face Input
Face to face or virtual 1:1s with your coach as required. These could be used for; Endless Pool swim analysis, run analysis, bike optimisation, functional movement assessments, strength & conditioning sessions, race day preparation, nutritional support and much more….
Exclusive Access To Our Accomplishment Behavioural Coaching Concepts
Our coaches are dedicated to developing athlete knowledge and conceptual understanding applicable to your triathlon journey. This would include; Information and discussion on training techniques and theories as well as coaching videos and blogs dedicated to creating greater accomplishment in athletes through more effective mindset and behavioural choices.
Race Day Support
Where possible (on agreed team races and local races) one of our coaches will be there on hand to support you and coach you through the race on race day.

Coaching Package Cost:
£350 a month
We recognise that we are on the higher end of the coaching price range, which is why we offer your first month FREE
We are confident that you will experience the great value of our coaching, however, should you feel that you are not, we offer the opportunity for you to not continue after this first month should you feel that the value is not there.
Please note that all coaching packages are subject to full T&Cs, these include, but are not limited to:
A minimum commitment period of 3 months, if you choose to continue past the first half price month
We also require a 3 month notice for cancellations
