LOGAN - HEAD OF SECURITY
Logan is our head of security and team mascot! He is almost always the first person to greet you at the door when you visit the Passion Fit Coaching studio! Find out a little more about Logan below….
Logan is 6 years old and WAS the runt of his litter.
His mother rejected him, so he was bottle fed from birth and we quickly became his new family!
He loves chips, cheese and melon (or anything edible - including cat poo!)
His favourite game is hide and seek (yes, we do play this with him!)
He does NOT like cats, this word is never to be said inside the studio. If you say it, you’ll quickly find out why!
He is not a role model to our athletes when it comes to managing session intensities appropriately. He regularly adopts a ‘go off hard and then blow up’ approach.
He is, however, our role model for rest and recovery, averaging 18 hours of sleep per day.
Being happy to give fuss and attention to Logan. Cuddles are a prerequisite for visiting the Passion Fit studio.
He never fails to put a huge smile on every visitor’s face!
