Passion Fit Coaching T&C’s
It is the athlete’s responsibility to ensure they inform their coach of any changes in their health, injury or medical condition that could affect their ability to exercise safely at any time.
We request that all athletes set up a standing order for their coaching fee for the 1st of each month, unless agreed otherwise.
We require a minimum commitment period of 3 months, if you decide to continue past your first half price month.
The cancellation notice period is 90 days.
Branded Passion Fit kit is exclusive to Passion Fit coached athletes only (unless agreed otherwise).
Passion Fit kit must NOT be sold or given to any athlete that is not a Coached athlete.
We recommend waiting 6 months into your journey with Passion Fit before investing in the Passion Fit kit, this is largely to ensure you are sure this journey is the right one for you before you potentially invest hundreds of pounds into kit.
Passion Fit reserves the right to ask an athletes not to wear Passion Fit kit if we are ever concerned that this athlete would not fairly represent the Passion Fit values.
Some of our key expectations of our coached athletes are:
Regular, open, honest and timely communication – this includes prompt Xhale updates
That each athlete ‘gives back’ to the community. We want to create a community of athletes that all add value to each other’s journeys. This does not need to be complicated. Simply by being present, engaged in group sessions, Q&A and/or Facebook discussions can add huge value.
They wear our Passion Fit kit proudly – see Lydia’s post re kit ‘brand standards’.
Mountain Bike Kit can be available for athletes wishing to race mountain bike racing.
Our exclusive ‘striped’ kit is awarded to athletes after a minimum coaching period of 2 years and/or they have added significant value to the Passion Fit community. This will be determined by the coaches.
